You are organized, analytical, and solution-oriented. You enjoy working with data, processes, and people to improve efficiency and organizational performance. You communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly across teams to achieve shared goals.

• Employee Success:
   
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
   
  • Maintain HR policies and procedures
   
  • Support employee development and well-being initiatives
• Data Management:
   
  • Collect, validate, and analyze internal data
   
  • Build reports and dashboards for different teams
   
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies
• Legal:
   
  • Draft and review contracts and legal documents
   
  • Advise internal teams on regulations and compliance
   
  • Manage legal risks and implement compliance policies
• Finance:
   
  • Oversee day-to-day financial processes (billing, payments, reconciliation)
   
  • Analyze financial performance and report to management
   
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations to optimize financial flows
• Business Partners:
   
  • Partner with teams to align strategies and objectives
   
  • Support transformation initiatives and process improvements
   
  • Monitor and report progress on strategic projects

• Experience in any of the areas above (HR, Legal, Finance, Data, Business Partnering)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and/or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Project management skills and experience collaborating across departments
• Familiarity with legal and financial regulations
• Excellent communication skills in English (and Romanian)
