This community includes roles in Product Engineering, Global Technology Services (GTS), Platform Engineering, DevOps / Infrastructure, Quality Assurance / Testing, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and related areas.
Here, you'll work on building, scaling, securing, and evolving the core software products and services of Access. You'll collaborate with product teams, support, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver features, maintain stability, and innovate.

You love working deeply with technology, solving engineering challenges, and building robust software. You're comfortable working across the stack (or in your domain) and collaborating with other engineers, product, and operations teams. You care about code quality, performance, security, and scalability.

• Design, develop, test, and deliver new features, modules, APIs, and integrations in alignment with product and business requirements.
• Maintain, monitor, and optimize existing systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with operations / DevOps / infrastructure to deploy, automate, and improve CI/CD pipelines, observability, and incident response.
• Contribute to code reviews, architectural decisions, documentation, and knowledge sharing within your team and across teams.

• Experience in one or more of the following tech stacks / languages: C# / .NET (Framework / .NET Core / Web API / REST), Angular / AngularJS, SQL Server / relational databases, Cloud or container technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with API design, microservices, integration patterns, and working with JSON / REST / SOAP services.
• Experience with DevOps / automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring/observability (e.g. Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Prometheus, Grafana etc.).
• Understanding of quality practices: test automation, unit/integration testing, code coverage, static analysis, performance testing, security.
