Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Forwarding Coordinator, based in Bucharest, Romania.
You will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to freight forwarding and logistics, including coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery. The role will involve working closely with the operations and sales teams and communicating with clients and suppliers.

Junior Level:
You will start learning with the basics of incoterms, the logistics processes and with the documentations along the way. You will get knowledge for all our three main products, Full Container, Less Container Load and Airfreight, being mentored by our experienced members that will not only share the basics but also the tips and tricks so you can become even stronger in this field.

Your future colleagues are a great mix of very experiences people with more than 15-20 years in the field, but also of juniors which joined us one year ago and now became a great asset within our company.

Qualifications

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Openness for learning new skills and self development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • Knowledge of customs regulations and international trade - is a plus
  • Previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics - is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Romanian
  • Bachelor's degree
