Technicien Support L2
motivé et passionné, capable d'assurer un haut niveau de qualité et de disponibilité des services informatiques.

Profil du candidat idéal:

Garantir que les services fournis à nos clients soient continuellement disponibles et performants, conformément aux niveaux de service définis dans le SLA (Service Level Agreement), ainsi qu'au plan d'assurance qualité et de sécurité.

● Posséder des connaissances techniques de base et au minimum 1 an d'expérience dans le support informatique ;

● Une compréhension de base des réseaux, de Linux et des concepts ITIL est un atout ;

● Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale ;

● Très bon niveau d'
anglais et de français (minimum B2)
;

● Disponible pour travailler selon un
horaire en 24/7
;

● Motivé à apprendre et à développer ses compétences techniques.

Description du poste:

● Surveille les
ressources physiques
(disques, robots, contrôleurs, etc.) et les
ressources logiques
(logiciels, espace disque, etc.) ;

● Surveille les
flux entre les applications
;

● Analyse les événements détectés sur les serveurs ou dans les flux entre différentes applications, résout les incidents ou les
escalade vers les équipes responsables
;

● Est responsable du
démarrage, de l'arrêt et de la surveillance continue
des ressources informatiques, conformément au planning quotidien ;

● Gère les
incidents techniques et fonctionnels
, les résout ou les escalade conformément aux procédures existantes à l'aide des
systèmes de ticketing
;

● Lance des
outils ou commandes de reprise
(récupération manuelle, reconfiguration des ressources informatiques, copie de fichiers, opérations de sauvegarde) ;

● Est responsable de la
mise à jour de la base de connaissances
, en documentant les incidents rencontrés et les techniques utilisées pour leur résolution, à des fins de référence future.
