Ne extindem echipa: căutăm Specialist Referent & Administrare Dosare de Daună

Fortify Claims Assistance își mărește echipa și căutăm un nou coleg cu experiență în domeniul asigurărilor (2-3 ani la un asigurător sau în administrarea daunelor auto), care să sprijine relația cu clienții transportatori și cu asigurătorii.

Vei sprijini clienții în procesul de avizare și administrare a dosarelor de daună, asigurând o experiență rapidă, clară și profesionistă.

Ce vei face zi de zi?

Vei realiza avizările la asigurători, respectând termenele stabilite.

Vei interacționa direct cu clienții transportatori, verificând documentele și oferindu-le suportul necesar.

Vei menține o comunicare constantă cu asigurătorii pentru a obține Note de constatare, Accepte de plată și alte documente necesare rezolvării daunelor.

Vei actualiza statusul fiecărui dosar în sistemul nostru de ticketing Kanban, urmărind întreg fluxul de daună

Vei fi un punct de sprijin de încredere pentru clienți, cu empatie și orientare către soluții.

Ce căutăm la tine?

Experiență de 2-3 ani în asigurări sau în avizarea/gestionarea daunelor.

Abilități excelente de comunicare și relaționare cu clienții.

Atenție la detalii, proactivitate și organizare.

Dorința de a contribui la îmbunătățirea continuă a experienței clienților noștri.
