Your Responsibilities

Local IT Support:

  • Provide first-level support for all IT-related issues (hardware, software, network, printers, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner
  • Support users on-site and remotely (e.g., office staff, production personnel)

IT Infrastructure Maintenance:

  • Maintain and monitor local IT infrastructure (PCs, servers, switches, Wi-Fi, etc.)
  • Ensure proper functioning of IT equipment in production and office areas
  • Support hardware lifecycle management (installation, upgrades, decommissioning
    )

Interface to Group IT:

  • Coordinate with Group IT on escalated issues, projects, and rollouts
  • Ensure local compliance with global IT policies and standards
  • Participate in the implementation of group-wide IT initiatives at the plant level

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and procedures
  • Report recurring issues and suggest improvements to IT processes

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training in IT (e.g. IT-Specialist, system integrator) Systemintegration) or equivalent practical experience
  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and network fundamentals
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools
  • Basic understanding of SAP ERP systems and their components (e.g. SAP MM, PP, SD, FI/CO, WM, PM)
  • Ability to support users in SAP-related issues and coordinate with SAP key users and Group IT
  • Willingness to learn and grow SAP knowledge across modules relevant to manufacturing and logistics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality
  • Good communication skills in English, German is a plus
  • Willingness to work on-site in a production environment
