Senior HR Specialist/Generalist

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on
Senior
HR Specialist
to join our team in Oradea. In this key role, you will act as a trusted advisor to management, drive HR initiatives, and support our people through transformation and growth. You will contribute to aligning business goals with HR solutions in a fast-paced, international manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying HR-related action areas and developing modern HR concepts in alignment with business needs.
• Advising managers and employees on all strategic and operational HR matters.
• Supporting organizational development and transformation processes through close collaboration with leadership teams.
• Managing and implementing recruiting measures.
• Assisting in payroll preparation by collecting and providing accurate employee data.
• Ensuring continuous improvement of internal HR processes and tracking of HR KPIs.
• Aligning HR practices with company policies and Romanian labour legislation.
• Coordinating disciplinary procedures and employee relations topics.
• Collaborating with external stakeholders such as staffing agencies and government authorities.
• Preparing HR documentation, policies, and onboarding materials for new hires.
• Conducting employee orientations and ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
• Creating reports and presentations to support internal communication and decision-making.
• Contributing HR expertise to cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, psychology, human resources or another related field required.
• At least 5 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner in a manufacturing company.
• Solid experience in organizational development and change management.
• Strong affinity for standardizing and digitalizing HR processes using IT systems.
• Good knowledge of Romanian labour law and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work on an individual basis and to communicate remotely on a regular basis.
• Good time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good English in listening, speaking and writing.
• Honest and fully responsible person.
