Specialist cu gandire analitica si orientare catre procese
, care sa monitorizeze, optimizeze si sustina eficienta proceselor interne de colectare juridica.

RESPONSABILITATI:

  • Ofera suport in procesul de evaluare a portofoliilor prin transmiterea informatiilor legate de eficienta operationala si modificarile aparute in strategiile si fluxurile de colectare;
  • Se asigura ca strategiile operationale stabilite in etapa de evaluare sunt aliniate cu datele din sistemele interne si sunt reflectate corect in rapoartele de monitorizare;
  • Gestioneaza alocarile de cazuri catre canale de colectare specifice, asigurand incadrarea in buget si maximizarea eficientei operational-financiare;
  • Contribuie la definirea si urmarirea strategiilor de comunicare si interactiune cu clientii, folosind canale diverse si adaptate tipologiei portofoliului, cu scopul de a imbunatati rezultatele de colectare;
  • Elaboreaza propuneri de buget si strategii operationale pentru activitatile de colectare juridica si le comunica echipelor relevante pentru aliniere si implementare corecta;
  • Propune si monitorizeaza strategiile de colectare juridica, urmarind evolutia performantelor si adaptand actiunile in functie de rezultate;
  • Analizeaza datele operationale si financiare si propune ajustari ale costurilor si bugetelor in functie de performanta si potentialul portofoliilor;
  • Monitorizeaza performanta operationala si financiara a portofoliilor gestionate, identificand tendinte si oportunitati de optimizare pentru atingerea obiectivelor stabilite;
  • Dezvolta si urmareste planuri de actiune pentru imbunatatirea indicatorilor de performanta si atingerea obiectivelor operationale.
  • Lucreaza impreuna cu echipele interne si partenerii externi pentru optimizarea, digitalizarea si automatizarea proceselor operationale.
  • Genereaza si prezinta rapoarte analitice relevante pentru management, oferind insight-uri si propuneri de optimizare a performantelor portofoliilor.

CERINTE:

  • Experienta in evaluare, design si optimizare de procesele operationale;
  • Capacitatea de a analiza/interpreta date financiare/operationale (pentru a defini strategii de colectare);
  • Gandire critica, orientata spre solutii;
  • Atentie la detalii;
  • Orientare catre optimizare prin digitalizare si automatizare;
  • Cunostinte avansate de Microsoft Office (in special Excel);
  • Studii superioare finalizate;
  • Limba engleza – nivel mediu/avansat.
  • Cunostinte privind procesul de colectare creante/executare silita – reprezinta avantaj;
  • Certificari relevante, ex. Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management - reprezinta avantaj;
