In order to ensure great customer relationship and to increase sales contribution to company's objectives, we are looking for a proactive, committed and enthusiastic
Inside Sales Specialist (m/f/d) for our Bucarest location
as soon as possible.

Your responsibility

  • Customer relationship management, with focus on sales strategy and growth
  • Customer support via Cisco Finesse, Chat Support, eShop Contact Form, Emails.
  • Lead & order management
  • Sales support via internal communication channels (CRM, Emails, Teams, custom tools, etc.)
  • Increase local turnover contribution, efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Internal back-up (customer interactions, ASM interactions, create quotes/orders, eShop support, etc.)

Your competences

  • Romanian + English speaker (German, optional)
  • Sales skills: negotiation, proactiveness, sales process, pipeline, forecast, cross-selling, up-selling
  • Lead management
  • Positive attitude, flexibility and adaptability, with strong communication skills; a team player who can also work independently and autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer oriented, relationship management
