Guest Services Manager (Cruise)

Position Summary

We seeking a dynamic
Guest Services Manager
to lead our onboard guest services team. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team that delivers world-class service.
  • Take ownership of guest satisfaction, resolving escalated issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest journey.
  • Oversee daily operations including scheduling, budgeting, and compliance with safety and brand standards.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement through guest feedback and performance metrics.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of guest embarkation, disembarkation, and onboard experiences.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in a front-of-house management role in hospitality, cruise, hotel or similar industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with guest service systems is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese) are a bonus.
  • Willing and able to work onboard for the duration of ship assignments.
