ABOUT THE ROLE

As a SPA Therapist at Corinthia Bucharest, you will play a vital role in delivering world-class wellness experiences. You will ensure that all standards, policies, and procedures set by Corinthia Hotel are consistently upheld and exceeded. Your focus will be on providing exceptional treatments, enhancing service quality, and maximizing guest satisfaction while contributing to the serene and rejuvenating ambiance of our spa.

• Passionate about luxury hospitality
• Dedicated to delivering exceptional service
• Professional, well-groomed, and detail-oriented
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• A keen eye for luxury service standards and guest care
• A passion for wellness and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Eligible to live and work in the EU

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience of 2-3 years in a luxury spa environment
• Diploma in aesthetics or a related field is required
• Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and spa treatments
• A good command of English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Computer literacy to manage bookings and guest records
• A strong understanding of luxury service protocols and grooming standards
• A professional and engaging personality, with a commitment to guest satisfaction
