About the Role

As a Restaurant Hostess, you will be the first and lasting impression for our guests. Your warm welcome and professionalism will set the tone for a sophisticated dining experience in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, polished, and professional demeanor
• Manage reservations and waiting lists using reservation systems
• Escort guests to their tables, ensuring a smooth and elegant seating process
• Coordinate with the restaurant and service teams to optimize table flow and guest satisfaction
• Provide accurate information about the menu, daily specials, or ongoing promotions
• Maintain a clean and inviting front-of-house area at all times
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with grace and efficiency

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
• A warm, confident, and guest-focused attitude
• Previous experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role is an advantage
• Good command of English (other languages are a plus)
• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
