Join the SAP Core Team driving a new IT Hub

About the Roles

We are hiring multiple experienced SAP professionals to join the core team of a new IT Hub in Craiova, created by one of our international clients. The company is expanding operations in Romania, and this new hub will play a vital role in delivering key global transformation projects—particularly in the SAP ecosystem.

The client is a global player with a growing portfolio of products across industries such as medical, industrial, energy, and automotive. In 2025, they are embarking on several ambitious programs including a large-scale S/4HANA transformation, and we're looking for SAP specialists who want to build, shape, and influence—not just maintain.

You will be part of a collaborative and skilled global IT team, with real ownership. You will have the opportunity to lead key processes and contribute to the strategic evolution of SAP environments.

1. SAP Finance Consultant (FI)

Support and lead the design, customization, and delivery of financial solutions and business operations within the SAP FI module.

Contribute to the S/4HANA Finance transformation from design to go-live
Act as a business partner for financial operations, including closings
Provide solution recommendations for change requests
Modules: FI-GL, AP, AR, AA, BL, CM
Basic understanding of CO, PS, SAP Activate, and CALM is a plus

2. SAP MM/QM Consultant

Focus on Procurement, Demand Planning, and Quality Management streams with direct impact on supply chain and operational efficiency.

Design and deliver SAP MM/QM solutions for P2P and demand planning
Participate in S/4HANA workstreams including realization and testing
Support purchasing, replenishment, and quality operations
Work with integrated applications like FAST/log, IQS, Onventis
Knowledge of S/4HANA, SAP IBP, and CALM is a plus

What you bring (applies to both roles)
5+ years of hands-on SAP experience in the respective specialization
Strong understanding of business processes and customizing in FI or MM/QM
Previous exposure to S/4HANA projects is a strong advantage
Experience in international projects and cross-functional collaboration
Analytical mindset, IT affinity, and self-organizing skills
Excellent English; German is a plus
Willingness to travel occasionally for onboarding in Germany
