Tasks:

•  Be responsible for the conceptual design, customizing and delivery of financial solutions within the SAP system landscape in close corporation with Global IT Team (HQ Germany) 

•  Evaluate Change Requests from the business department, advice on their feasibility in the SAP or Business Applications context and recommend solutions

•  Consult and contribute proactively to the Finance workstream of the S/4HANA transformation project (from design, realization, testing to go live) 

•  Act as an IT Business Partner providing support in financial operations incl. financial closing for SAP FI and integrated business applications.

•  Manage and coordinate external service providers

Requirements:

•  Degree in economics or business informatics, a commercial apprenticeship, further training as an accountant with an additional IT qualification or a comparable qualification provides the theoretical basis in the field of finance and accounting.

•  Relevant experience in SAP business processes with a focus on Finance, including customizing (modules: FI-GL/AP/AR/AA/BL/CM) as well as basic knowledge of S/4HANA Finance

•  Basic knowledge of CO, PS, CALM and SAP Activate would be a plus

•  In-depth integrated process understanding, especially with regards to logistical processes.

•  International project work experience is a must

•  Strong IT affinity, analytical and self-organizing skills

•  Team spirit with strong communication skills

•  English fluently, German is a plus

•  Willing to travel from time to time with onboarding activities in Germany
