We're hiring – Senior Recruitment Consultant

Echipa noastră crește și căutăm un nou coleg/ o nouă colegă pentru rolul de Senior Recruitment Consultant.

Ce vei face:

  • Vei gestiona proiecte de recrutare preponderent pe poziții white collar
  • Vei fi responsabil de întreg procesul: de la preluarea proiectului, calibrarea profilului împreună cu clientul și stabilirea strategiei de recrutare, până la sourcing, screening, interviuri și prezentarea shortlistului
  • Vei menține relația cu clientul pe tot parcursul proiectului, până la decizia finală și încheierea colaborării

Ce ne dorim de la tine:

  • Experiență solidă în recrutare 
  • Abilitatea de a gestiona mai multe proiecte simultan și de a livra rezultate în timp util
  • Abilități excelente de comunicare, consultanță și relaționare cu stakeholderi diverși
