Tasks:

•  Be responsible for the conceptual design, customizing and delivery of Demand Planning, Procurement and Quality Management solutions within the SAP system landscape in close corporation with Global IT Team (HQ Germany) 

•  Evaluate Change Requests from the business department, advice on their feasibility in the SAP or Business Applications context and recommend solutions

•  Consult and contribute proactively to the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Demand Planning workstreams of the S/4HANA transformation project (from design, realization, testing to go live) 

•  Act as an IT Business Partner providing support in purchasing, replenishment and quality operations for SAP MM/QM and integrated business applications (FAST/log, FAST/pro, IQS, Onventis, ...)

•  Manage and coordinate external service providers if applicable

Requirements:

•  Degree in economics or business informatics, a commercial apprenticeship with an additional IT qualification or a comparable qualification provides the theoretical basis in the field of procurement, Material and Quality management as well as demand planning.

•  Relevant experience in SAP business processes with a focus on MM/QM, including customizing, at best in manufacturing companies, automotive manufacturers, suppliers or logistics companies 

•  Basic knowledge of S/4HANA, SAP-IBP, CALM and SAP Activate would be a plus

•  In-depth E2E-process understanding with technical background

•  International project work experience is a must

•  Strong IT affinity, analytical and self-organizing skills

•  Team spirit with strong communication skills

•  English fluently, German is a plus

•  Willing to travel from time to time with onboarding activities in Germany
