Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Developing and assure Emerson documentation standards (layout and contents), study drawings, specifications, and product samples
  • Preparing user documentation for a variety of materials, including how-to guides and instruction manuals
  • Building Documentation Dossier according to user's requirements (table of contents, cover sheets, bookmarks and cite sources) for Projects, MRO, and Service orders
  • Collecting, coordinating, and controlling qualitatively the electronic documentation from Factories / COF and other sources
  • Responding efficiently to documentation requests and queries from internal customers and provide final documentation that accurately meets customer requirements (electronic, paper) and ensure the highest standards of presentation are maintained
  • When needed, acting as the customer concern point for all documentation execution-related matters in front of internal and external customers

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • University degree
  • Proficient in French language (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in English
  • PC skills: MS Office

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • 1-year experience in documentation administration, order handling, customer service or similar
  • Knowledge and/or previous experience in using ERP/MRP systems
