What Awaits You
We are seeking a skilled and self-driven System Administrator to join our team and take ownership of developing and maintaining our application. As a System Administrator, you will have significant autonomy and responsibility in shaping the technical direction of the project.

  • Install, configure, and maintain Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE platform in an on-premises environment
  • Perform version upgrades, patching, and system optimization for performance and reliability
  • Support custom deployments of 3DEXPERIENCE tailored to engineering and business requirements
  • Operate and troubleshoot platform components through Linux administration, proxy setup, and log analysis
  • Understanding of web and application server technologies and the ability to troubleshoot them using logs (HAProxy, TomEE, SSL, WAR deployments)
  • Implement automation scripts for provisioning, deployment, and configuration using Ansible
  • Collaborate with DevOps and PLM teams to manage CI/CD pipelines where applicable
  • Use GitHub for version control of configuration scripts, deployment templates, and documentation
  • Monitor system health and proactively manage capacity, backups, and disaster recovery strategies
  • Document all procedures, configurations, and changes for compliance and knowledge transfer

What Should You Bring Along

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator in enterprise environments
  • Proficient in automation using Ansible (playbook writing, roles, inventory management)
  • Working knowledge of GitHub for code and config management
  • Strong background in Linux-based environments (e.g., Red Hat, CentOS)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder interactions
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills
  • Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE on-prem installation and or other PLM software is a plus
  • Experience integrating 3DEXPERIENCE with other enterprise systems (ERP, SSO, etc.) is a plus
  • German communication skills will be a plus
