In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Providing support to project managers (FSO and iCenter);
  • Creating the report after which the budget is allocated for the establishment of revenues and costs within the Time & Expense projects;
  • Ensuring that the project is correctly configured in the system, and the financial plans are registered and updated accordingly in the financial system;
  • Participating in project meetings, both related to factory projects and European projects;
  • Collaborating closely with project managers and other support teams to obtain relevant details for project delivery;
  • Offering support in cost planning, estimates, resource management and documentation for iCenter projects;
  • Monitoring the progress of the projects and proactively communicates with the team any changes to the project that may have an impact on our dedication to the client;
  • Periodically reviewing projects together with project managers, risk identification, ensuring that the project budget is updated based on the most recent estimate.
  • Collaboration with project managers to ensure the correctness of the budget in the system and the tracking of gross profit;
  • Timely monitoring of the financial circuit within the project, including the outstanding parts together with the financial department;

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Minimum of one year of working experience or in a similar role;
  • Experience in database management system;
  • Proven expertise and active involvement in process improvement initiatives;
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Work and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Knowledge of Russian language
  • Familiarity with Oracle and Clarity Toolbox
