We're looking for a IT Solution Architect / Product Owner who thrives in designing end-to-end, scalable IT platforms for omnichannel and business processes, to enable business for growth and efficiency. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to build integrated, secure, and resilient software solutions that power our global operations.

In this multi-functional role, you

  • You work closely with business, collecting the
    requirements
    and translated them into
    functional and technical specifications
  • You need to be able to understand and develop the
    IT solution architecture
    and adapt the solution to this architecture. Based on the requirements, you develop a solution architecture and approach and create
    functional design and integration design
  • coordinate external implementation partner
    . You discuss functional design and integration design with them and you do
    integration test
    and check the quality of their work
  • manage external vendors
    . You review contracts and also negotiate contracts and ensure that the vendors delivery high quality and are compliant with their SLA's
  • Together with business, you define the
    product vision, prioritizes the backlog
    for different key platforms like B2B portal, supply chain, retail platform, middleware, eCom platform, etc. and ensures the development team delivers value to the business. They act as the bridge between stakeholders and the development team, making sure the product meets user needs and business goals.
  • You do 3rd level support and
    troubleshoot and solve incidents by yourself
    . You need to be able
    to understand technical details and integrations
    and you're also solving problems by using low-code.
  • Documentation: You
    maintain documentation
    for architecture, processes, and platforms. You document SOP's that are relevant for 1st/2nd Level support and ensure handover to the support team

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a IT Solution Architect / Business Analyst IT / IT Software Architect / Product Owner IT solutions in a complex and dynamic IT environment
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems like ERP, CRM PLM, Omnichannel TechStack, Cloud platforms like Azure and the integration of it
  • Excellent stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills
  • Ability to work cross-culturally and with international teams
  • Fluent in English; German is a a bonus.
  • Experience with ERP systems is mandatory. Client is using Microsoft Dynamics F&O
