We're searching for a passionate Business Development Manager — a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to take initiative, lead with confidence, and shape success across new markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage key distributor accounts within the assigned country;
  • Prospect and secure new clients by leveraging existing professional networks and comprehensive market knowledge;
  • Oversee the promotion and strategic positioning of the company's product portfolio in cooperation with distribution partners;
  • Manage and optimize relationships with existing distributors, utilizing a deep understanding of the local distribution ecosystem to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and drive sustainable business growth;
  • Grow with us Contribute actively to the company's long-term commercial strategy, with the opportunity to evolve into a leadership position overseeing a dedicated team as the company expands and strengthens its presence in the region.

Experience

  • Agricultural Degree preferred and fluency in English;
  • IT Skills: Microsoft Office, CRM tools;
  • Driver's license category B;
  • Strong market knowledge and technical understanding of crop nutrition / biostimulants;
  • Entrepreneurial, autonomous, capable of one-man-show mode with growth perspective.
