Imeva is looking for a Plant Manager for its metal fabrication plant in Bucharest, currently undergoing reorganization and scale-up.

The role will lead the industrial start-up, building teams, processes, and HSE standards with a strong focus on efficiency and quality.

  • Coordinate and structure the local workforce
  • Supervise installation and commissioning of machinery
  • Implement production process, operation and HSE standards
  • Lead the industrial start-up phase and lay the foundations for growth

Requred Skills

  • Experience in managing production plants
  • Leadership and ability to manage multicultural teams
  • Availability to relocate to Bucharest

Language

  • Italian: mandatory
  • Romanian: Strongly preferred
  • English: preferred

Imeva è alla ricerca di un Plant Manager per il suo stabilimento di lavorazione dei metalli a Bucarest, attualmente in fase di riorganizzazione e ampliamento.

Il ruolo guiderà l'avvio industriale, la creazione di team, processi e standard HSE con una forte attenzione all'efficienza e alla qualità. Coordinare e strutturare la forza lavoro locale

  • Supervisionare l'installazione e la messa in servizio dei macchinari
  • Implementare i processi produttivi, il funzionamento e gli standard HSE
  • Guidare la fase di avviamento industriale e gettare le basi per la crescita

Competenze richieste

  • Esperienza nella gestione di impianti di produzione
  • Leadership e capacità di gestire team multiculturali
  • Disponibilità a trasferirsi a Bucarest
