We are looking for a talented and competitive individual who will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious goals and software revenue growth objectives in the banking industry. You must be comfortable with generating interest for our software, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Our software solutions are used by more than 190 banks and financial institutions all over South Eastern Europe region, turning ASEE into a major IT player in the Banking/Financial industry in South Eastern Europe today. Being part of ASEE team ensures you with the stability and consistent growth plans of a listed company. Listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, ASEE is present in 21 countries and actively selling on other markets.
Main accountabilities:
· Research and assess the local market in order to identify business opportunities and potential for growth, market trends and information related to the competitors
· Develop long-term business and advisory relationships with customers and business partners
· Understand the needs and requirements of the banking customers and map them to ASEE software solution portfolio
· Develop and manage a healthy and predictable pipeline in line with the company's sales strategy and targets
· Articulate technical and business value proposition of ASEE' solutions portfolio to senior IT/Operations/Digital Strategy owners within financial institutions
· Propose and act upon a strategic, effective and actionable account plan that defines a clear growth strategy in the assigned territory
· Monitor own business performance, by analyzing and reporting on the planned vs. achieved results
Requirements:
Education:
University diploma
Language:
English - Advanced level
Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
· 3-5 years experience in B2B software sales
· Relevant experience in software sales for the banking/financial sector and solid understanding of the specific challenges, processes and systems architecture in this market segment
Competencies
:
· Proven record of successful achievement of sales targets on a similar position
· Excellent abilities to manage client relations and to create and cultivate a true customer-oriented culture
· Strong presentation skills and influencing abilities
· Genuine interest for novelty in the field of Banking software solutions
Results oriented, showing extreme energy, passion and knowledge in the Banking IT sector, aiming to contribute to the modernization of the banking and financial sector.
