How you will contribute- Create and implement engaging and personalized learning programs, tailored to the unique needs of your colleagues, thereby contributing to their performance improvement and BCR's market impact;
- Use innovative technologies and approaches to create dynamic, practical, and immediately applicable learning experiences;
- Manage the entire training session lifecycle, from planning to delivery and evaluation, creating contexts in which participants experience authentic and memorable learning;
- Develop innovative and measurable learning solutions that support BCR's strategic objectives and improve team performance;
- Evaluate the impact of programs and provide recommendations for continuous optimization of the learning experience;
- Be a trusted partner to teams and managers, supporting them in implementing development initiatives and adapting content to their reality, contributing to a culture of continuous learning;
- Actively promote the learning culture within BCR, ensuring visibility of development resources and opportunities;
- Constantly develop your own skills, exploring the latest trends and facilitation methods, which you bring to the team to further inspire the learning process.
- At least 3 years of experience in creating and delivering training, facilitating learning & development sessions, or coaching sessions;
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills;
- Comfort working with technology and openness to exploring digital learning platforms and solutions;
- The ability to organize efficiently and observe important details, ensuring that each learning experience is fluent and well-structured;
- A creative mind, curiosity, and orientation towards finding innovative solutions;
- Passion for learning and the desire to inspire others to grow;
- Intermediate level of English and solid working knowledge of MS Office.
