What We're Looking For
We are seeking a Learning Services Responsible to join our Digital Learning & Communication Academy. In this role, you will support the main entities within the Orange Group in their use of our learning platform (LMS). You will be responsible for communicating major projects, providing support, organizing best practice sessions, creating dashboards, and monitoring KPIs.

Main Activities
What you'll be doing

  • Act as the primary point of contact between corporate headquarters and group entities
  • Support the implementation of projects related to our LMS
  • Organize sessions to share best practices and usage guidelines
  • Update and maintain relevant documentation
  • Participate to the instances of the project Group to submit for expertise and validation the change requests
  • Ensure the follow-up of change requests and the communication to the requester
  • Ensure that appropriate reporting is delivered
  • Liaise with support teams and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery and issue resolution

Other Responsibilities
Problem solving:

  • Managing Service Improvement activities across multinational teams can be complex and time consuming. The role holder needs to have the ability to communicate clearly and avoid conflict. A typical Service Improvement plan may take a couple of meetings to be completed and in place afterward.
  • Synergies with Level 2 support team must happen in order to facilitate for a change request what is related to BUILD phase and what is related to RUN phase. For RUN phase the instruction of the request is needed to differentiate what is an evolution of the solution (therefore a "change request") and what is a technical or functional issue.

Decision Making

  • The role can participate in the refinement of existing policy and procedures.
  • Final decision on a change request may only be achieved by observing Group's governance committees and multiple discussions may occur before decision.

Business Knowledge

  • The role request to understand rapidly what is Orange Group organization and what are the stakeholders in the decision-making process
  • The role demands to clearly understand the business requirements and the areas for improvement

What You Need To Know/have

  • Fluency in French (at least B2) and English
  • Strong customer orientation with experience managing a portfolio of clients
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Consultancy skills to advise and support stakeholders effectively
  • Demonstrates relationship building skills and the ability to empathize with customers and their needs.
  • Possesses the ability to understand Business requirements and drivers
  • Proven delivery capability
  • Technical understanding of the Learning Management systems
  • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with Cornerstone LMS would be a plus
