Job DescriptionThis role is an exciting career opportunity for those of you who would like to further develop their organizational and knowledge management skills. AsKnowledge Management Specialist, you will assist the Knowledge Management Coordinator with the implementation and development of the Knowledge Management Strategy as well as assisting with the trainings across AtkinsRéalis Finance functions.Your main responsibility will be to map and structure knowledge related activities and tools and spread knowledge within the Function. You will be actively participating in the implementation of the Knowledge Management Strategy related to information and documentation management, knowledge level assessment and progress monitoring, development of learning and development tools and building a learn & grow mindset.ResponsibilitiesUpdate and maintain knowledge bases in collaboration with the Business Process Analysts / Global Process Owners of each department. Identify and put in place techniques to improve content, standardize templates, develop knowledge search capabilities, and provide guidance for efficient knowledge management.Design and implement effective and engaging learning activities in collaboration with the Finance managers, Business Process Analysts and implement appropriate and effective knowledge capture and sharing activities.Identify, put in place and administer Learning Management Platform and Knowledge Management SharePoint content.
