Suntem în căutarea unui Procurement Specialist care să se alăture unei companii românești cu activitate în domeniul producției industriale. Organizația se află într-o etapă de extindere și digitalizare.

Rolul implică atât activități operaționale, cât și o componentă de sourcing strategic, cu accent pe obținerea celor mai bune prețuri și termene de livrare, în acord cu nevoile interne ale companiei.

Ce vei face:

  • Vei gestiona 1–2 grupe de marfă, cu mix de materii prime și produse finite;
  • Achiziții atât operaționale (reaprovizionare/stoc), cât și sourcing strategic (noi furnizori, apropiere de producător);
  • Negociere end-to-end: preț, termene, condiții comerciale;
  • Furnizori internaționali (preponderent Turcia & China); colaborare remote (Teams/e-mail);
  • Experiență cu documente vamale și evaluări de furnizori;
  • Colaborezi îndeaproape cu echipele de producție și vânzări pentru asigurarea fluxului de aprovizionare;
  • Te implici în procesul de tranziție și optimizare a sistemelor ERP (Microsoft Dynamics).

Despre tine:

  • Experiență în achiziții din industrii de producție 3-5 ani (metalurgie, lemn, materiale de construcții / acoperișuri etc.)
  • Experiență în lucrul cu furnizori internaționali (ideal Turcia, China);
  • Înțelegi procesele tehnice ale produselor și poți evalua compatibilități și specificații;
  • Ești un bun negociator și ai o gândire analitică;
  • Ești confortabil într-un mediu dinamic și știi să prioritizezi;
  • Vorbești limba engleză la nivel conversațional;
  • Ai lucrat anterior cu un ERP (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP sau similar).
