Position Overview:

You will report to CTO and will play a critical role in safeguarding our organization's information and technology assets.  

You will be responsabile for building the ICT Security Operations team, in charge with the implementation and management of the IT security solutions landscape for GTS and its customers. 

You will drive together with our Product Development team the introduction and development of new IT security services and capabilities delivered to our customers. 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead the ICT Security Operations team, supporting the ICT strategy and ensuring the protection of IT assets, applications, systems, and technology.
  • Have a hands-on approach to evaluating and implementing security solutions supported by our ecosystem of partners
  • Build and drive a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy and operating framework.
  • Implement secure processes and systems to prevent, detect, mitigate, and recover from cyberattacks.
  • Collaborate with IT Architecture, ICT Production, Product Development and Sales teams in developing capabilities and delivering IT security solutions for our customers.
  • Continuously evaluate and manage the organization's cyber and technology risk posture (including vulnerability management and IT lifecycle management).
  • Define and supervise business continuity IT procedures and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certification.
  • Proven experience as a CISO or senior security expert role.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
