How would it be like to work as a ICT PRODUCT MANAGER with us?

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the product strategy for GTS, collaborating with the sales and technical teams.
  • Coordinate products implementation, ensuring seamless execution across all operational dimensions
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with technology partners, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Establish annual sales objectives for the products in alignment with Sales and ICT capabilities.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track adoption, profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to create promotional materials and other materials supporting the Sales process
  • Perform market research processes to identify new product and service opportunities.
  • Develop and supervision of partner relationships, ensuring GTS's certifications and partnerships meet the highest standards.
  • Define and monitor product performance KPIs and participate in customer meetings to analyze satisfaction and promote services.
  • Improve GTS's image and positioning in the ICT integrator market by organizing professional alliances and events
How do we picture you?

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (at least 3 years) in product management, particularly in the IT or Telecom industry
  • Strong ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
  • Experience in developing product strategies and monitoring KPIs.
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, technical, and marketing teams.
