Ce vei face în rolul de Data Analyst?

Vei fi responsabil(ă) pentru:

  • Explorarea datelor: Vei extrage informații esențiale din diverse surse, asigurându-te că datele sunt curate și corecte.
  • Transformarea datelor: Vei prelucra și organiza datele, identificând și corectând erorile, pentru a le aduce în forma perfectă pentru analiză.
  • Crearea de metrici: Vei dezvolta indicatori cheie de performanță (KPIs) și metrici relevante, asigurând acuratețea metodelor de calcul.
  • Vizualizarea impactului: Vei transforma rezultatele complexe în rapoarte, analize și dashboard-uri clare, atractive și ușor de înțeles, adaptate nevoilor colegilor noștri.
  • Detectarea tendințelor: Vei folosi know-how-ul tău tehnic pentru a identifica tendințe, anomalii și noi oportunități de business.
  • Colaborarea strategică: Vei lucra îndeaproape cu echipele de business pentru a le înțelege nevoile și a le oferi soluții bazate pe date, care să le susțină în atingerea obiectivelor.
  • Promovarea culturii datelor: Vei sprijini colegii să ia decizii informate și vei documenta procesele de analiză pentru o mai bună transparență.

Requirements

  • Analitic(ă) și orientat(ă) spre rezultate: Îți place să rezolvi probleme și să aduci soluții concrete.

  • Proactiv(ă) și dornic(ă) să înveți: Ești entuziast(ă) să te dezvolți continuu și să explorezi noi tehnologii.

Ce aduci cu tine?
  • Experiență relevantă în analiza datelor.
  • Experiență în programare: Ești familiar(ă) cu limbaje precum SQL și Python.
  • Cunoștințe solide în tehnologii de analiză și prelucrare date precum AWS S3, BigQuery, Databricks, Looker Studio, Tableau.
  • Abilitatea de a modela volume mari de date și de a extrage insight-uri valoroase pentru business.
  • Deschiderea de a colabora cu diverse departamente din ecosistemul Decathlon, inclusiv magazinele noastre, dar și alte echipe tehnice.
  • Limba engleză este un avantaj.
