We are seeking a talented and experienced Solution Architect to join our dynamic team in Romania.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable microservices and an in-depth understanding of the telecommunications (Telco) and E-commerce sectors.

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing innovative solutions that meet our clients' business needs while ensuring the integration of advanced technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable microservices architectures using Spring framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust, flexible, and scalable solution designs.
  • Leverage AWS cloud services to build and deploy applications that meet business and technical requirements.
  • Engage in the integration of various systems and new solutions while ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Analyze and optimize existing architectures and applications for performance, security, and reliability.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams by sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.

Required Skills:
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in solution architecture or a related field.
  • Experience with Integration, Ecommerce Development
  • Strong proficiency in Spring Microservices framework
  • Solid experience with AWS cloud services
  • Knowledge of the Telco industry and associated integration challenges.
  • Background in eCommerce development, including payment processing and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in implementing eCommerce platforms (Broadleaf would be a plus)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in AWS or related technologies are a plus.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Architectural Design:
  • Lead the design and implementation of complex software solutions using Spring Microservices architecture.
  • Develop high-level and detailed architectural designs that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

Technical Leadership:
  • Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices for coding, integration, and deployment are followed.
  • Mentor junior architects and developers to enhance their skill sets and foster a collaborative learning environment.

Cloud Solutions:
  • Design and implement scalable solutions on AWS, leveraging cloud-native services to optimize performance and cost.
  • Ensure security and compliance within AWS infrastructure, integrating appropriate tools and practices.

Telecommunication Solutions:
  • Work with telecommunications' frameworks and standards to architect solutions that meet industry requirements for integration and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in the Telco sector to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Integration Strategies:
  • Develop and execute integration strategies for various systems and platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow.
  • Use APIs and middleware solutions to enable integration between services and third-party applications.

Ecommerce Development:
  • Collaborate with ecommerce teams to architect solutions that enhance user experience, backend operations, and system reliability.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in ecommerce technology and apply innovative solutions to improve business outcomes.

Stakeholder Communication:
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand challenges, and communicate technical solutions effectively.
  • Present architectural designs and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring a shared understanding of the proposed solutions.

Documentation:
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural designs, integration processes, and project status updates.
  • Ensure all architectural decisions and modifications are well-documented for future reference and compliance.
