Job Title: HVAC Engineer Lead

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced engineer to lead our team of HVAC experts. As part of our Global Excellence Centre, you will work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver innovative solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of HVAC systems for various projects, ensuring they are efficient, cost-effective, and meet client requirements.
  • Manage and mentor junior engineers and technicians to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, standards, and best practices to continuously improve our services.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or building services.
  • Proven experience in HVAC engineering, preferably as a team leader or manager.
  • Strong knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD) and calculation software (HAP, Trane Trace, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
