AI Solutions Developer

As an AI Solutions Developer, you will be working with a dynamic team to design and develop innovative AI solutions for real-world problems. With the ability to work across various sectors, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to clients in different industries and locations.

Key responsibilities include designing and developing AI algorithms, models, and systems using tools like PyTorch and TensorFlow; collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop AI solutions; collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing data using appropriate tools and libraries; training, testing, and evaluating predictive AI models employing appropriate evaluation metrics; architecting AI/GenAI enabled solutions for real-world problems; building / developing AI / GenAI solutions for real-world problems; architecting and building Agentic AI systems for real-world problems; optimizing and fine-tuning models for performance, scalability and efficiency; implementing and deploying AI solutions in production environments under different frameworks; and staying abreast of emerging AI trends and technologies.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong background in AI, machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling, with hands-on experience using tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and others. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is also required. Experience working with many or all of the following technologies/tools: Generative AI, Transformers, Deep Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs) as GPT variants or open source models like LLaMA, Image generative AI systems as DALL-E, Stable Diffusion or MidJourney, Speech Transcription (e.g. open source Whisper from Meta, or enterprise tools from Microsoft, or Google, or Amazon, etc.) would be advantageous.
