Electronics Hardware Design Professional

We are seeking a talented Electronics Hardware Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of reliable and robust hardware solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze electronic schematics and hardware designs with respect to internal guidelines and industry best practices.
- Identify potential design issues and collaborate with development teams to propose improvements.
- Evaluate and support key aspects of hardware design, including component selection and reliability, thermal dissipation and layout considerations, input filtering, protection methods, and power integrity.
- Contribute during both the development and serial life phases, including updates and modifications to existing hardware designs.
- Support additional activities such as root cause analysis, standards documentation, and technical reporting.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Fundamental knowledge of electronics hardware design, including schematic capture, PCB layout, protection circuitry, and thermal analysis.
- Familiarity with the constraints and challenges of the automotive environment—or equivalent high-reliability applications.
- Experience with electronic measurements and lab equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters), and a basic understanding of simulation tools.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Internship, academic project, or prior experience related to hardware and PCB design.
