Description

We are seeking an experienced Visual Content Creator to help us create visually compelling infographics, carousels, ebooks, diagrams, and other multimedia content. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current design trends, data visualization best practices, and brand consistency principles.


Responsibilities
  • Design Creation: Develop high-quality visual content that effectively communicates complex data insights.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize innovative ideas and formats that showcase A/B testing and CRO expertise.
  • Style Maintenance: Apply established brand guidelines to maintain a consistent visual identity across all content channels.
  • Storytelling: Bring data-focused topics to life through compelling visuals and narrative structures.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve workflows and tools to enhance production efficiency and overall quality.

Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in marketing or related fields.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Creative Mindset: Proven ability to generate fresh, engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Trend Awareness: Strong understanding of current design trends, social media art trends, and willingness to experiment and innovate.
  • Communication: Excellent written communication skills to collaborate effectively with international teams.
