As a Game Designer, you'll be among the first considered for future roles that align with your skills and interests. If we don't have the perfect fit at AMC right away, you may also be considered for opportunities with our trusted partner studios.

You'll stay in the loop with updates on our latest collaborations, insights into the evolving game development landscape, and invitations to industry events and exhibitions.

Requirements

  • A minimum of three years of experience in a game design role, ideally with at least one shipped title on console, PC, or mobile.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing core gameplay systems, mechanics, or features.
  • Strong proficiency with industry-standard engines and tools such as Unreal Engine, Unity, proprietary editors, or scripting systems.
  • Ability to write clear and concise design documentation and communicate concepts across disciplines.
  • Experience balancing gameplay systems, economy design, or level progression is a plus.
  • Comfort with basic scripting or visual scripting (e.g., Blueprints).
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including artists, engineers, and producers.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to take initiative within a creative team.
