Work with Global Teams to Design High-Performance Processors

At Marvell, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a global team on designing next-generation processor chips in a leading-edge CMOS process technology. With a focus on both physical design and methodology, you'll be responsible for triaging workflows, analyzing performance, and verifying robust power grids.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize complex chip architectures using industry-standard EDA tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement efficient design methodologies.
  • Analyze and optimize chip performance through static timing analysis and EM/IR-Drop/Crosstalk analysis.
  • Ensure sign-off checks are completed to verify database readiness for next-level processing.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in physical design with a focus on block-level PNR for advanced CMOS process nodes (e.g., 7nm, 5nm, or below).
  • Working experience with industry-standard EDA tools such as Cadence Genus and Innovus, and Synopsys IC Compiler and Fusion Compiler.
  • Working knowledge of static timing analysis tools such as Tempus or PrimeTime and EM/IR-Drop/Crosstalk analysis tools like Voltus or PrimeRail is advantageous.
  • Enjoy learning by doing the work and having access to guides and a mentor. Be willing to raise your hand and volunteer for learning opportunities you may not have experienced before.
