About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled technical solution architect to join our team. As an Inside Sales Solution Architect, you will work closely with our sales teams to design and deliver tailored solutions to our customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert-level technical guidance and support to our sales professionals. This includes developing detailed technical designs and selling skills to effectively communicate complex technical information to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and preferences
- Create customized technical solutions to meet customer requirements
- Deliver engaging product demos and presentations to showcase our offerings
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should have a strong background in a technical field, such as computer science or engineering, and be able to think critically and solve complex problems.
You will also need to be fluent in English and have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
