Customer Service Specialist for Automotive After-Sales

Our client, a leading automotive importer in Romania, represents luxury and high-quality brands. We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in the after-sales department.
Job OverviewThis is a hybrid role that combines work from home and office settings. The ideal candidate will effectively communicate with various departments and clients, ensuring seamless issue resolution.

Responsibilities- Process customer requests via email, phone, and contact forms.
- Maintain constant communication with the dealer network to resolve requests.
- Prepare monthly reports on requests and provide invoices for budgets provided by manufacturers.
- Process connectivity requests and transmit escalation forms.
- Maintain communication with manufacturers for case management.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of professional experience.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
