Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Advertising Strategist to join our onboarding team. As a trusted consultant, you will partner with new clients to develop and execute effective PPC campaigns that drive significant impact on their businesses.

You will work in a target-driven environment, aiming to meet individual targets while contributing to the larger onboarding team's success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, onboarded and developing PPC campaigns that meet their needs and objectives
• Detecting and understanding client needs, with a focus on increasing spend, upselling, and sustainability
• Handling high volumes of potential clients through phone calls, ensuring timely responses and resolution

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A BA/BS degree or equivalent, with a strong preference for Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications backgrounds
• 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising, with a proven track record of meeting productivity and readiness targets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch and compose compelling proposals
• Excellent time management skills, with a focus on organizing daily tasks and priorities
• Strong analytical skills, with a keen interest in customer interaction and ownership of business goals
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, with a team-oriented mindset
• C2 level German language proficiency

• A salary of €24,310 gross/year, with up to €4,290 gross/year in additional compensation
