Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume a critical role in supporting the development of marketing and trade strategies for personal care products within the Romanian market.

The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree in economics or a related field, be fluent in Romanian and English, and have 4-5 years of experience in marketing and/or trade marketing.

A strong understanding of numbers, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to create strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders are essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage product assortment, develop artworks, and ensure compliance with Romanian legislation.
    • Analyze data and create reports to support sales and marketing efforts.
    • Develop and implement in-store and out-of-store marketing activities to drive sales growth.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in economics or equivalent.
  • Fluency in Romanian and English.
  • 4-5 years of experience in marketing and/or trade marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
