About the Role

As a Customer Support Operations Agent, you operate in a dynamic environment where daily execution and customer satisfaction are crucial. The role also supports proactive issue flagging and structural improvements.

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, or voice channels.
  • Follow internal workflow, macros, and SOPs to address customer concerns.
  • Maintain updated knowledge across all verticals by attending regular refresher sessions and training.
  • Take accountability for your productivity, accuracy, and customer impact.
About You

You have excellent English and Romanian skills, both written and spoken. A minimum of 1 year of work experience in any customer-facing role is required.

Key qualities include a positive attitude, attention to detail, and drive.
