Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries in Croatian with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide timely and relevant information to customers regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Fluency in Croatian (C1/C2 level or native speaker);
  • Good command of English (B2 level);
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is a plus;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively;
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software;
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts.
