Job Description
This role is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate and compliant employee and HR-related data. It also involves addressing requests from internal and external stakeholders using this data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain employment records including statutory, employee personal and job history, performance, compensation, skills, retirement, and insurance documentation, leave accrual records and details of illness, absences, transfers, and salary progression, etc.
  • Lead the operational implementation of all Employee Lifecycle events
  • Ensure records and processes comply with company and country legal regulations
  • Address payroll and employment-related issues including hiring and termination processes and labor law issues, contract renewals and dismissals, trainee programs, expatriates, control/process of retirement, etc.
  • Identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement in processes and procedures
  • Work closely with benefits providers/vendors, Insurance companies, and TPA (Third party Administrator) for smooth settlement of insurance claims (term / medical)
  • Provide reporting and analysis to management including employee headcount demographics, skills inventory, absenteeism, performance, overtime, attrition, employee turnover
  • Provide reporting required by external agencies including government agencies, insurance companies, unions, etc.
  • Identify and manage HR vendors aligned to the applicable procurement policy requirements
  • Participate in internal/external HR audits
  • Maintain the Employee Handbook, policies, and processes on the intranet and locally
  • Provide on-time inputs to the finance team and vendors for various payouts
  • Collaborate with the Compensation and benefits team, HRBPs, and finance team
  • Manage/maintain the HR database
  • Oversee the off-boarding process
  • Collate statutory compliance-related data
  • Ensure data sanctity
  • Can manage HR audits
  • May guide junior HR staff
