Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to guarantee a positive customer experience and ensure quick and reliable processing of customer orders. The primary focus will be on the MEA area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing speedy and knowledgeable responses to assist customers at any stage of their order, as well as proactively solving any problems that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the consistent and effective provision of services/information to the customer base including (but not limited to) Order management, fulfilment, problem solving, and other services across all media (Telephone, Email, etc.).
  • Check the feasibility of customer requests in terms of lead times, certificates, and documents required (Mainly Exports). Ensure contract review, price policy, and International Trade Compliance are applied without exception and report discrepancies to management.
  • Replace other team members when vital to maintain service levels and assist colleagues when necessary. Contribute to backup and organization specific to critical business processes.
  • Apply relevant customer service procedures and processes in accordance with the Quality Management System.
  • Provide daily follow-up of the order book and take actions to anticipate issues/satisfy customer requests within company commitments. This may involve seeking planning, Warehouse, or other department involvement. Advise customers about potential delays or issues related to their orders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • University Degree or equivalent experience in a similar field;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Proven experience in a customer service role;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to tackle problems;
  • Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills;
