About the Role

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for performing in-depth credit investigations, risk assessments, and independent decision-making. You will also manage high-value or complex customer accounts, address non-standard billing issues, develop strategies for collecting overdue accounts, and prepare comprehensive financial reports.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Risk Analysis: Conduct thorough credit risk assessments with expertise in evaluating non-standard credit applications.

  • Process Improvement: Optimize processes for better accuracy in billing and collections by identifying and implementing process optimizations.

  • Independent Decision-Making: Make informed decisions independently, taking into account financial regulations and industry best practices.

  • Escalation Management: Expertise in managing and resolving escalated credit and billing issues effectively.

  • Financial Reporting: Proficiency in compiling thorough financial reports and analyses.

Requirements

  • A minimum 1 year of collections experience is required.

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is necessary.

  • Advanced level of English proficiency is expected.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as NetSuite/SAP is mandatory.

  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing is essential.

  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines and maintain a flexible schedule is required.
