Customer Success Representative Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the long-term success of assigned customers by proactively engaging with them, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing exceptional support.

This position involves managing customer relationships, upselling premium services, and driving revenue bookings through retention and expansion.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and the ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of an organization.

A key aspect of this role is to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Deal Desk, and Legal Department, to prepare enterprise renewal agreements and negotiate complex offers.

In addition, this position requires the ability to analyze data, provide insights, and suggest strategies to drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required (a combination of education and experience will be considered)
  • English Advanced
  • Hungarian Advanced
  • Relevant work experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Renewals, or a related field
  • Ability to train, coach, and guide new hires
  • Strong analytical skills, advanced usage of Excel, and data analysis expertise
  • Proven track record of overachieving quota and KPIs
  • Experience working with large-scale, enterprise-level accounts with technically complex configurations
