Our company seeks a results-driven E-commerce Business Development Leader to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic growth and contribute to the success of our e-commerce platform.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the e-commerce industry. A strong track record of identifying and acquiring high-potential vendors, brands, and stores is essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading negotiations on commercial terms, ensuring operational readiness through cross-functional collaboration, and driving account engagement through regular meetings and performance assessments.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) and align with business objectives. Fluency in English and Romanian is required, with additional language skills being an asset.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and onboard potential vendors, brands, and stores in the CEE region.
  • Lead negotiations on commercial terms and pricing to secure favorable deals.
  • Manage the onboarding process to ensure operational readiness through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance KPIs and align with business objectives.
  • Drive account engagement through regular meetings, performance assessments, and relationship-building efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the e-commerce industry.
  • Strong analytical and market research skills to identify and evaluate potential vendors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Romanian, with additional language skills being an asset.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and without restrictions.
