Position Overview:

We're hiring a proactive and versatile Marketing & Ops Associate to help execute across digital workflows, content automation, systems optimization, and founder support. The role is ideal for a tech-savvy doer who thrives on variety, ownership, and operational clarity.

Role Scope: This is a generalist role involving content, automation, research, and admin tasks. To set the role up for success, the focus will be on marketing and digital operations, with flexibility to adjust or delay investment and research tasks based on the candidates strengths and capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Growth & Automation:

  • Maintain and enhance Wix-based websites for both credibility and lead generation.
  • Set up and manage AI-powered content and marketing workflows.
  • Automate internal and external workflows using Zapier or Make.
  • Optimize guest booking and communication flows for STR operations.


Content & Founder Branding:

  • Identify and source relevant publications for potential founder features, reviews, or promotional opportunities.
  • Support in drafting or refining content for LinkedIn, outreach, and other public-facing channels.
  • Assist with curating press, metrics, and content aligned to the founder's brand.
  • Track deliverables and timelines related to brand and visa documentation.


Admin & Financial Support:

  • Help monitor financial tools, investments, and recurring payments.
  • Support with general admin: travel coordination, subscription tracking, file organization.
  • Recommend operational improvements to reduce overhead and increase clarity.


CRM & Light Research:

  • Maintain CRM or Notion databases for tracking outreach and pipeline activities.
  • Conduct market or tool research (e.g., STR pricing, guest UX, fintech services).
  • Produce short, practical reports to support business decisions.


Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, automation, or ops coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfortable using Wix, Zapier/Make, Excel, and AI productivity tools.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and independent, able to manage diverse tasks with limited oversight.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with Guesty, AirDNA, or STR platforms.
  • SEO knowledge and experience using Ahrefs or SEMrush.
  • Proficient in using automation and AI tools to support marketing initiatives and outreach efforts.
