Role Summary

You will add your personal value by:

  • Financial product offering, negotiation of financing terms, collection of credit information, customer and financed object, including international customers.
  • Developing and maintaining good working relationships with dealers.
  • Following up on industry trends and competitors' financing conditions, evaluating financing margins.
  • Ensuring data collection quality and balancing the quality of credit proposals against portfolio growth objectives.
  • Credit assessing customers and prospects, preparing credit decisions, making recommendations to credit committees and securing funding;
  • Negotiating internally with credit committees and dealers;
  • Documenting and following up on credit information quality.
  • Contributing to market strategies.
  • Developing and maintaining relations with customers and suppliers.

Job Responsibilities

A highly proactive and self-organized team player with strong communication skills and:

  • Target-driven and ambitious approach.
  • At least 3 years of experience in leasing is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively handle demanding customers with a strategic approach.
  • Solution-oriented mindset.
  • Attention to detail is crucial, and ability to work under pressing deadlines.
  • Excellent English language proficiency and Excel skills.
  • Will to travel within the country when necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
